Refund Policy

The free partial read has no purchase or separate fee. A $3.99 USD one-time unlock gives access to the same encrypted full report, its on-demand PDF, and three optional editable reply suggestions, with no subscription. Lemon Squeezy processes checkout as Merchant of Record.

When a refund may be available

The one analysis begins after your explicit consent and before payment. Payment unlocks the same encrypted full report; it does not create a second analysis. Screenshots are optional; if they are insufficient, a free result may use only another available valid source and label it. If a technical or provider failure prevents delivery of a paid unlock, the entitlement remains available for a manual retry without a second charge. If payment is confirmed after the 60-minute free-result window has expired, do not pay again: contact us within 7 days of the charge with your Lemon Squeezy receipt or the email used at checkout. We will investigate whether access can be restored without another analysis and, if it cannot, request a refund for that unlock through Lemon Squeezy. The PDF and reply suggestions are not separate purchases or separate refund entitlements.

After delivery

A free partial read includes an orientative score, source-labeled signals, and one conclusion only when supported by the input; it is not a paid report and does not establish another person’s feelings, intent, safety, or future behavior. The paid unlock provides the stated remainder from that same analysis. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, we do not offer a refund once the paid full report has been made available. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Lemon Squeezy may process refunds or chargebacks under its own policies.
